Terms of Rental

1. Parties

These Terms govern the rental agreement between Santorini Rentals IKE (the "Lessor", AFM 800 412 367, GEMI 142 089 471 000, MHTE 1144Ε61000845801, Karterados 84700, Santorini, Greece) and the renter named on the booking confirmation (the "Lessee").

2. Driver requirements

The Lessee must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 12 months prior to the rental start date.

3. Insurance

All rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection with the deductible stated on the booking confirmation. Insurance does not cover damage to tyres, undercarriage, windscreen, or interior.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the first day's rental.

5. Fuel

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise the Lessor charges the missing fuel plus a €15 refuelling fee.

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Thira (Santorini). EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
